ToolPrompt (“we”, “us”) is a free directory of AI tools and prompts. This page explains what data the site collects, and how advertising and analytics on the site work.

Browsing the site doesn’t require an account. We don’t collect names, emails, or any personal information from visitors browsing or copying prompts. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability, as with virtually any website.

ToolPrompt uses Google AdSense to serve ads and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Both may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser, and Google may use this data — together with data from other sites you visit — to personalize ads and measure their performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

Tool and prompt listings link out to third-party AI tools and services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites — check their own policies before using them.

ToolPrompt is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.

We’ll update this page whenever what we collect or how we use it changes. Check back periodically.
